It’s easy, just register by clicking my account in the top right of our website, or check-out an order. You will be asked to enter your personal details. Once this is done we’ll be happy to process and ship your orders.

You need to register an account, or just start adding products to your shopping cart and register during the check-out process.

You need to be 19+ years of age and eligible to order cannabis products by law. If you have a medical prescription to purchase from local dispensaries you are eligible to order through our site. The onus is on you to ensure your activity on our website meets the legal requirements.

We ensure the successful delivery of your order. There are plenty of illegitimate websites that are out to scam you for your hard earned money. We are not one of them. We understand the benefits Cannabis products offer society, and we are here to operate a legitimate business and offer the help many patients need to treat a variety of ailments. We’d rather you purchase online from a business with integrity, then have to take your chances in the streets.

Unfortunately no, we only accept online orders at this time, and those orders must be shipped to the address of your choosing.

At this time we only accept Interac E-transfers. We do not accept cash, credit cards, or any other form of payment. We must ensure the transfer is coming from your personal bank account to ensure it is being placed by someone who is eligible and of age.

We only offer refunds if your order was not delivered as described. All orders are placed at our own risk. If there are any problems we may replace the order for you, or refund it up to one time only. Due to high levels of fraud and scams, we can’t trust customers who complain constantly or continually claim their order did not arrive. If we feel this is the case, we will cancel your order and the payment. We only want to deal with honest trust worthy customers.

We understand our customers desire for discretion. We do not include any logo’s, invoices, or disclose the contents of your package. The only information we include is the address you provided so the package can be delivered to the location of your choice.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. Depending on your location, it will take between 1 – 5 business days. If you are on the west coast you can expect your order in 1-3 days. If you are central or on the east coast, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

No, we only ship within Canada.

Send us an email. We will request a trace with Canada post which takes approximately 5 days. If it is successful, you will receive your order within 2-5 days. If it is unsuccessful, we will offer one replacement up to $100 CAD.

We will wait up to 5 days to receive your payment. If it is not received in 5 days the order will be cancelled. If the payment appears after 5 days, it will not be accepted. You will have to place a new order.

You must login to your online banking app or website. All major banks in Canada provide an option to send Interac E-Transfer payments.

We are one of over 400 websites in Canada that do not operate under the federally-approved medical marijuana industry. The onus is on you to ensure you have both a doctor’s and Health Canada’s approval to order medical cannabis products. Local authorities allow the distribution of medicine so long as it’s not accessed by minors or criminal affiliations. Cannabis products have been shipped in the mail since the early 90’s, and to date, we’re not aware of anyone who has been charged receiving Cannabis in the mail. Risk is assumed on both ends, if you are not comfortable with this, please do not place an order with us.
